Your Mission:

At Kia Europe Design, our team members are the driving force behind everything we do. As an Intern in the Design People & Organization Team, you’ll be at the intersection of design, innovation, and people strategy. You’ll gain firsthand experience in both strategic and operational facets of People Management, with opportunities to leave your mark on meaningful initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Get hands-on insight into daily People & Organization operations and contribute to enhancing the team member experience

  • Take part in projects from day one - your ideas and support will make a difference

  • Help shape internal communication through content for intranet, newsletters, and presentations

  • Contribute to building frameworks and processes that support engagement, growth, and culture across our design teams

 Your Talents:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field) and will remain enrolled for the full internship period

  • You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written

  • You’re proficient with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Workday is a plus

  • You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity

  • You’re passionate about storytelling and content creation that elevates the team member experience
